THANKSGIVING
Information for picking up and serving your Thanksgiving meal.
Order Pickup
Order pick-up is available 8:00am-5:00pm on Tuesday, November 21 and Wednesday, November 22.
Thanksgiving pick-up is located in our dining room. You can enter through any entrance and head directly to the north end of the dining room.
Check in with your name, and we’ll bring the order out to you! {We appreciate your patience as we package your order.}
Reheating & Serving
All items are fully cooked and only need to be heated to serving temperature.
INDIVIDUAL MEALS
In Microwave:
The black and gold metal part of the container is re-heatable in the microwave. Remove the plastic top from the black and gold containers, then remove the ramekins with the cranberry compote and gravy.
Set aside the compote.
Pour the gravy directly onto the turkey to reheat all at once or pour separately into a microwave safe bowl to reheat.
Cover container with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for one minute. {If more time is needed, microwave in 30 second bursts, checking the temperature after each time.}
In Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the plastic top from the black and gold containers, then remove the ramekins with the cranberry compote and the gravy.
Heat gravy in a small saucepan on the stovetop, or with turkey in oven.
Place aluminum foil over top and heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover, stir contents, and reheat in 5 minute increments as necessary.
SIDES
Place in an oven-safe dish and heat at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until hot. {Compote can be served at room temperature.}
PIES
Store in the refrigerator and remove at least 1 hour before serving. Pumpkin is best enjoyed at room temperature.
If you prefer a warm apple pie, preheat oven to 300 degrees and heat for 10 minutes.
