Baking Instructions and Tips for Enjoying Your Favorite Market Treats at Home

Chocolate Chip Cookies

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.*

Step 2: Separate cookie dough squares and place 2″ apart on baking sheet.**

Step 3: Bake on the center rack for 12-13 minutes.***

Step 4: Remove baking sheet and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to plate or cooling rack.

Step 5: Enjoy!

* These instructions were developed using a convection oven setting. If using a conventional oven, you may need to rotate the pan halfway through to ensure an even bake.

** If available, line the baking sheet with parchment paper, which will provide a more even bake and ensure the bottoms don’t get too dark.

*** Every oven — and personal preference for doneness — is different, so total baking time could be anywhere from 11-15 minutes. On average, if you prefer your cookies softer and chewier in the center, you may want to pull them out at about 12 minutes, as they will continue to brown a bit as they rest. If you prefer a crispier cookie throughout, leave in a few minutes longer.

CINNAMON ROLLS

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.*

Step 2: Remove the lid and cup of icing. Leave the pan at room temperature to proof until rolls are touching and almost filling the container**

Step 3: Bake on the center rack for 16-18 minutes.***

Step 4: Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Drizzle with icing and enjoy!

** For faster proofing, leave the cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator overnight. From the refrigerator, the rolls should fully proof in about an hour. If pulling straight from the freezer, the proofing process may take 2-3 hours.
